I'm working on a Sears ndgg100df02 with an old Honeywell S8610U sensor module that uses a single rod (local sense) combination flame-ignitor sensor. I am not getting voltage change at the test point on the module when the flame is on so obviously I am getting ignition cycling. I am having trouble finding exact replacements (new). What is the wisest upgrade option for both the module and the sensor and the best source for it?

not sure what your problem is the honeywell module is a universal that can use various sensor and flame setups. The voltage you are trying to measure requires a special scale. Look on the internet for part numbers etc.
The furnace is an icp with a sears label; look at the sears website for your furnace. May have been retrofitted with the honeywell controller.
