there was a similar thread started a couple days ago for the NY/Jersey area, so what do the guys think about the D.C/metro area, union/non union ?

heard good things about Boland. I have a buddy who works for Fidelity in Beltsville. He likes it though he said there is the normal politics stuff with most big companies. I work in Baltimore so I dont know alot about the dc companies.

yeah, i heard boland's on-going training can not be matched, plus it's a union shop so you're getting great bennies and pay

Boland is a really good shop, but NOT easy to get in.
