Start at the board and follow till 24v stops. Lay odds on draft motor switch or roll out.

its got to be open somewhere. look at schematic and find all limits then check them. they can hide them in hard to find places sometimes. blower compartment ect.

ok it was an aux safety located in the heat exchanger section on the wall by the compressor section had to take the top of the unit off and the condenser fan out and there is no pressure switches on that york roof top unit it has a centrifugal switch on the bottom of the inducer motor. I love engineers that never had to service something . they should all have to do at least a year in the field on a roof when its 10 degrees and covered with snow and ice. OK GUYS it looks and works good on paper . gees

There is usually an access panel on the opposite side of the unit from the burner section. So you can access the heat exchanger.

Well crap I lost.
Of course I didn't say how much I was betting!
Just for some future info I have seen the rollouts that would hold for a couple of seconds then open. It makes for a hard diagnosis. Glad you solved your problem.

Hey there Dan, If it was the aux. High Limit that opened then you may want to check out your air side of the system(blower, ducting ect.). That safety is there so the unit does not catch fire...

Funny, I had one of those units today with the same problem. Just reinforced my belief that that model is a PIA

Looks like it would be a good idea to check out the thread in this section on wiring diagrams. I will post links to the articles tonight.
