T-Bar grilles

I need some advise about replacement T-Bar return and supply grilles.
I want some painted aluminum cube grid, filter grilles and supply grilles that are easy to take apart and clean.
Easy meaning that the store personnel can take the grills apart and clean them themselves without having to remove the ducts.
I have a large number of commercial restaurants that need to keep their supply and returns clean.
Any suggestions are welcome.
