Has any one seen piping like this floor mount circ 4" piping air seperator in suction line with exp tank and water make up tyed in down stream from that is 2 boilers with 2" supply and return tyed in about a foot apart the return has a boiler mounted circ and is up stream of the supply tye in

Can you post a pic or a diagram,boiler piping is my specialty but I can't picture what you have there.

seems you have secondary and primary loop. If I pictured what you are seeing right. did the design provide you a flow diagram to follow?
