Help with settings for VisionPro IAQ and Trane XL16i HeatPump

I've had a new Trane XL16i Heatpump and matching Trane Air Handler 4TEE-C installed with a Honeywell VisionPRO IAQ Themostat. We also have a Humidifier and Outdoor Temp Sensor. It is a 2 Ton unit installed in a 1600sqft home in Columbus Ohio. The installation went very well but the installers seemed to lack a deep understanding of the thermostat setup and settings. I am looking for anyone to help guide me through the correct settings for the thermostat, the system hasn't functioned up to what I'd hoped for the money spent and the installer has come out twice and I've gotten different answers and recommendations each time. I'm looking for anyone with knowledge of this setup and thermostat that would be willing to go through the setup of the thermostat and recommend the correct settings for it. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I am having the same troubles with our installers, they did fabulous mechanical work but are unknowledgable about the IAQ. Would you be able to post the results of what you had disscussesed over the phone or PM the results. I have a Trane 3 ton XL15I, Trane 4TEE air handler and HW IAQ with outdoor sensor.
