Hello all

I am getting ready to replace my upstairs Furnace and Air conditioner.(I have another system for the first floor and basement.

I live in GA. Home is about 4000 SqFt

After reading through several websites I saw recommendations for 90-95 AFUE systems. The following was proposed and I could use some advice .

Proposed
Bryant evolution furnace 315AA, preferred AC 126BN
3 Ton
I am being told that the only diff between the preferred and Evolution AC is the electrical system... has more ways to monitor.
Bottom line.. I am willing to invest in a very good system if it makes sense but do not want to put something in that costs alot more with marginal benefit. I am replacing a 9 yr old system so I expect to see significant improvement.

Can anyone tell me if the system being proposed seems like a good match?

Thx... in GA
