Hey guys, I'm going to help out a friend saterday. His brother has a restruant in small rural town. ( no a/c companys close) They say the heat is not working and the unit is a Tempstar paf060k000e. They are Romanian and there is a slight launguage barrier. So they dont know for sure if its electric or a heat pump. I like to know alittle about a unit before a go out on things. I know its a package unit, but other then that I'v never seen or worked on a Tempstar. Looked them up on the net and all but cant find this model number breakdown. So in short can someone tell me what this is as far as heat. 5 tons cooling I think. And I'm asuming its 3phase from the literature I have found.

Thanks guys. The name of the town is Alba Texas, next to lake Fork, above tyler texas. I'm sure there has to be some good ac guys around there. But my friends family is very closed community. They go by word of mouth only when it comes to getting help. So any one around there , and I will spred the word.
