Trane Voyager/Precedent active setpts locked

I have a tracer summit system monitoring nine Voyager/Precedent RTU's with Retiatel. On one of the units the active setpoints in summit switch on their own to 90heating and 90cooling,after a cycle of power (of the unit) they revert to their controlling setpt.All of the boards in the RTU have been switched with a known good unit and the problem didn't follow.

Any ideas ?

You need to look at the sticker on the reliatel board in the rtu, it should read rev 3.0 or 3.1 for a heat pump or higher. If not replace the board, Trane should warranty it under a recall program this is a common problem with summit and programable zsm's and lower revision boards.
