I have a newlu installed Trane xv90 with a VisionPro 8320. This was a floor model with a 2002 manufacture date. Installed yesterday and all was fine. This morning blower was running but no heat. Red LED blinking twice indicating a system lockout. I reset and started up again, the ignitor fires the burners and then the burner immediately shuts off. I checked both vents and all is clear. Any ideas?

I am not familiar with thus model but this problem is typical of the ignition control not sensing the flame. There is typically a flame sensing rod that will have a small dc micro amp current when a flame is present. Check that all electric connections are good and that the flame sensing rod is clean. You can clean with steel wool. This is just a place to start you will need specifications and a multi-meter that is able to measure dc micro amps to go any further.

I apologize for the d-i-y info. I misread Willie’s post. Thought he had installed the furnace. I agree you should call back the installing contractor. It should be under warranty if recently installed.
