I have a command Aire swpr 351gss. it has three 200' wells. I would like to know what kind or pressure reading I should have at the P/T plugs.

For a pressurized, closed loop system a minimum pressure of 3 PSI is required. Beyond that, anything up to normal house pressure. A circulator creates a low pressure zone...high pressure flows to low creating flow.

Loop pressure will fluctuate during the year, it will lower during the summer as you heat the loops up and increase as you cool the loops off.

I can confirm this.

I added a riser pipe in my loop with some clear tubing, and I pushed in some air into the top to create a little compliance. Now my loop pressures don't fluctuate nearly as much.

I like to keep mine around 15-20 psi. There's no need to go much higher than the total pressure drop of your system at max flow. All you need is a little positive pressure on the pump inlet.

We put an expansion tank on. Pressure about 20 psi on gauge.
