My boss said to change lineset and expansion valve. Then flush evaporator. Do they make a410 dryer 1/1/8?

I flushed some linesets with flush kit. What about a 50 ton evaporated coil. The carrier unit has amicro channel coil.

Why do you feel the need to flush the existing evaporator coil? R-22 is a pretty effective solvent/flush on its own. Drier shells for replaceable cores will generally be the way to go. What information are we missing here and how does a micro channel coil change things?

R22 wont remove all the old oil. Do the core dryers rate for over 500 psi?

You might want to read the TXV type requirements before you get too involved.Read the installation book really well.
