Liebert Remote Stop

I am working on a mini mate split 5 ton. Sorry no modle#. It has been upgraded from a 12 wire to a 4 wire board and display. Removing the jumper from remote stop terminals 4 & 5 the unit only sometimes shuts down other times it will take up to 30 min. Liebert said the board was bad replaced it same problem. Any help would be appreciated.

A little more info from preveious thread. When I remove the jumper between tb1 4 and tb1 5 Istill get 20vac on terminal 5. When unit does go off 0vac. Start with 25vac on terminal 4. Already replaced the board. Need help
