When I quit the last company I worked for, I had a guy there who would call me almost everyday about stuff he said he didn't understand, but that anyone with a brain in their skull could figure out. I just finally told him to stop calling me and learn how to do his job or go back to working at Burger King.

LOL As a matter of fact just last week I was instructing a young apprentice on ohming out a compressor to determine S & R. Had to stop and think for a minute before I could pass it on to him. Like setting SH on a TXV. Raise it is which way?
