I am new to HVAC field
I have one question
1) What are the main parts in water cooled chillers?
2) Do chillers have compressors in them?

Ummm. We only answer questions from people who can count.
The main parts of a water cooled chiller are no different, in general terms than the main parts of ANY refrigeration system. You have a Compressor, a condenser, a metering device and an evaporator.
Those 4 parts are MANDATORY to operate any refrigeration system.
I have, of course, over simplified this to the extreme as I really don't know who you are, what you know or what your interest in knowing it is.

If you look at and read the educational Forums on this site you would be surprised at just what might learn. Like JP said whether its is a 1/4hp water cooler or a 5000 ton chiller those 4 parts are and have to be there. In an absorption chiller you actually have 5 parts, the generator (compressor), condenser, evaporator, absorber and control device, but thats a whole different ball game for people who like squeaky shoes.-GEO

You said before one question and you said two questions. Now answer.
The main parts in water cooled chillers
1 - Compressor * reciprocating compressors
or* scroll compressor
or* screw compressor
or* Centrifuges compressor
2 - condenser used * air
or * water ( like evaporator )
3 - Expansion valve * thermal expansion valve
or * electronic expansion valve
4 - Evaporator the only one that does not change in all systems is (pipes inside cover)
Should you look for books in this field
Best wishes for success
