Manitowoc 800lb flaker

I got a FREE 800lb Q series flaker in mint condition from a fellow refrigeration guy. He had issues with it at a produce dept. and called factory tech support and they told him it had a pinched/collasped evaporator tube.

Machine will run for awhile and lock out on discharge thermistor.
I have not hooked it up and tested myself but i have never heard of a collasped tube issue.

Anybody come across this issue before?

Had a tubing issue on a Hoshi before (separated from the barrel).
Never had a "tubing issue" on a Mani before.

Never heard of a collasped evap tube on any ice machine. pinched is a possibility.
