I’m (or the supply house is) having a problem locating the unloader for this pump
Copeland
M# 4RE2-0200-TSK-800 Sr# o4F65155R

#’s on the unloader
510-0487-00
Coil ALCO # 023002902 208 / 230

D & B Condensing unit
M# PWC020C Sr# S0433901A82H

Larkin Condensing Coil
M# FCB-21 Sr# 8895406B-1

I would like to get a wiring diagram for the panel of the condensing unit and condenser coil if anyone has one.:D

this is a suction stop unloader that uses a solenod mounted on the unloader head
solenoid part number is 998-0212-02 115v 998-0210-03 230 v
available at any Copeland wholesaler (so you are not dealing with a Copeland wholesaler)
for the panel, it is probaly field built, you can use a generic electrical diagram ffrom heatcraft
see http://www.heatcraftrpd.com/resources/wiringdiagrams/H-ENGM0408.pdf

Yup...998-0212-03....240V Valve and coil kit.
510-0487-00.....240V valve only
023-0039-11.....240V coil only

ABCO supply was having problems with this unloader, that was resolved today they came up with the same #’s as you. Thanks.

As far as the wiring diagrams I just like to see them in the cabinet. I’m anal about things like that.

it's unlikely that a Larkin Coil with a DB condensing unit is the orginal setup, so unlikely there is a diagram. If this were an initial D/B system, they have a wiring diagram for it, but it wouldn't apply now.

I can't imagine why they were having trouble. There's only ONE unloader valve that Copeland uses, with the exception of the Moduload, on their semis.
