What size yoou replacing it with.
bennytec

not sure on size or brand
if it turns out to not have asbestos i'll try to get a plasma cutter. Don't start that project till next week i think
best part of taking out those *****es is running around the basement with a piece of gas pipe, swingin' like Babe Ruth, destroying all the old runs

I musta junked about 50 of them backbreakers way back when. Most were converted from coal, to oil and then to gas. There is about 3-4 inches of sand on top of that bonnet.

I had a competitor that I knew needed some help, so I arranged for Ben to have an interview.
Long story short, he has a new job, with a great company, good bennies (no pun intended) and he will be trained how to do things the right way.

Thanks to BBB i got a opportunity to go to a Bigger more respected Co that can afford to train me. Definitely a step up. I still have alot to learn. I'm sure i can learn and develop skills needed for this trade.

Did you ever see one that had an axial fan between the straight part going up and the tapered bonnet? With the motor hanging off the side and a long belt going into the bonnet.
