I've attended auctions when contractors were sold out. You can get some good deals.


The best was when a Carrier distributor around here went bankrupt and was sold out. Hundreds of furnace and AC equipment sold at very cheap prices ($60-100 for a new furnace still in the box. ARCO Air and Yor were well represented).
