I have a 404A freezer in a military kitchen that won't come down below -10 C.
It's a water cooled system that has a CROT a suction accumulator and pressure controls on it, the low side is running at 40 PSI and the high side is running 175psi. The evap iced up that was the first call. cleared the evap and found the heaters had gone to ground repaired them and put it back in to service. I also check the defrost time clock and it checks out ok, I have no bubbles in the sight glass either. just won't drop to the -20C that it did before. any ideas would be appreciated.
