Scotsman cme256ae-1a

Ive got an ice machine scotsman cme256ae-1a and it wont make ice. It will start, flow water but then as soon as the compressor kicks on it shuts off. The bin light stays on constantly. Is that normal (the light)?
I searched and found another thread referencing this model and it has the manual and a guide to testing the control unit. My machine has a cm3 universal service controler. That thread was a great find but Im wondering if anyone has any helpful tips or advice. Thanks

Well I must say, I love this site, it's great!
I used the manuals from the other post i mentioned to clean the bin sensors and wa la its running fine. We'll have iced coffee drinks this semester!
