Good job serving the lord by name calling. I thought it was "Judge not lest ye be judged yourself" or maybe it was "he without sin cast the first stone". Of course I was also told I could be President if I worked hard and all that other BS. I don't listen all that well when certain people preach to me. Flip-flops are not exclusive property of Liberals, check out your local church to find good examples of this.

Ya know, I hear a lot of people recite that Scripture. They do so because they don't know what it means and they just had their toes stepped on. Pay attention, cooler, and learn something.

To judge means to pass sentence. Did R12 pass sentence on anyone? Nope. What he did was discern a wrong. He recognized someone for what they are. Even Jesus did that. He called the pharisees a pit of vipers. In doing so, he was not "judging" them. He was discerning and calling them what they were.

Now, before you run off and quote Scripture again, make sure you know what in God's name you are talking about.

Choosing to be offended is ...your own choice. If you speak up around this community, you will be offended. And it will take all your worth to overcome it.

Some here just speak out of turn and suffer the insults as the result. But many of them lack conscience so they suffer little pain. I pity them the most.


For you to speak like that to me, of all people, it demonstrates several things to me about you.
1) you dont read much.
2) you dont know me.
3) you didnt understand what John Glenn wrote.
4) your bitter against authority.
5) your on the outs with Jesus.


That Bible you just quoted says; those who are for Me are not against Me.
We all fall into just two categories; for Jesus or against Jesus.
And I cannot tell if someone is a Christian or not. I can only judge their fruit.
If what you display is rotten, then that is what you have to show for your life.

And if not for the grace of God, there go I.
For no good thing lives inside of me, save for Jesus alone. And what He produces in me.
It is not up to me to do good. If left to myself, I would produce nothing of any Eternal value to God or man.

So you judge for yourself. What fruit do you bear? What fruit did John Glenn bear? And what type of fruit did that Howard Metzenbaum display?


If I had been a communist during my younger years, I would have to either have repented publically for that error in character and judgement ... or I would not have had the right to enter public office or even reside in these United States!!!
Perhaps Mr. Metzanbaum does not share my convictions.
Perhaps he believes anyone should be able to live here.


Clinton ran off to Canada during Vietnam. Then he wrote a very disrespectful letter to an Army General stating how he did not support the war in Vietnam.
Kerry ... he ran home stateside to open a pack of band aids.
And you might want to listen to how his peers look upon him in the Senate.
None support him. But hey ... what can I say? Those folks who are his fellow Senators are all educated and politically savy people. That's probably why they dont support him.
Those who are kissing up are no so educated people. They dont live or work around him. They have never lived nor worked around Kerry.
Cause all those who have are NOT supporting him!

Hmmm... one must ask the question; "Why?"

2) No I don't know you. I like some of what you have to say after reading some posts in the past. Would meeting you and 2 hours of hanging out change my opinion about what you said?
3)Who cares what John Glenn thinks? Maybe I should start reading what Hillary thinks and post that too? Not gonna happen.
4)You hit that one right on the head. I don't live an anarchist lifestyle but I question it where I deem it necessary. Kinda like our forefathers did(those guys who wrote the Constitution allowing all the rights you love to have and hate others having).
5) Contrary to what you believe about me, I lead a good clean life. I live by the 10 commandments, work hard, love my family, and am active in the community. I don't think Jesus would disapprove.

Perhaps the point missed here is that I was refering to 12 calling undecided voters and supporters of Kerry losers(as I read it). The first line of any post way too long for it's own good or quoted just to fill space is very important.

I'm not saying I like one candidate or the other in this response, but don't call anyone a loser for waiting to make such an important choice as voting for President or voting for someone you don't care for.

As for any misquotes in scripture, I disagree. It's my interpretation. Many things are about personal interpretation in Christianity and Catholocism, ask around. BTW, don't worry about steppin' on my toes either, just worry about the fungus they left in the shoes you may try on later.

In hindsight I shouldn't have started with the number part as this has become the type of post I hate and just mentioned above. I'll just put on a band-aid and walk off the responses I guess.

What insults did I dish out sirjames? I did come back, next time have the posts read to you more slowly(insult there just so you could find one) If anyone handed out insults it was R12, and I called him on it. There was no clockcleaning by R12 or anyone else for that matter. I called it as I saw it, then asked around and found many highly religous people in agreement with me.

Now to respond to boo's post. I'm not sure I had any other zone than discomfort to start with(check my response to authority issues). I thought I made that clear in the first post. Wanna start getting a bit more creative pleeeeeeeeeeeease. A chunk of that second post was for you boot.
