Where can I find this foam filter that some people put on their condenser coils?
Thanks.

I was able to get the building engineer to stop using these one time after a compressor change out.
With the gauges on he could see the head pressure with the filter installed vs the way they are supposed to work.
If its a dirty place they should be cleaning more often IMO

We put filter media on all kitchen condenser coils. You should see what we pull off every quarter when changed. Maybe they run a little higher head (not bad) but definitely better than trying to degrease 8 or 9 coils on a cook line every couple of months while the cooks are stepping on you!

I am not trying to find these for refrigeration related purpose. After my expensive air cleaner ended up in the dumpster I decided to use a simple fan with this foam filter by my cat's litter box...

very true! ..... the simple fact it saves me time is why I do it. I wouldn't put one on tho unless coil is brand new or has been thoroughly cleaned by me .

The foam filter is a little restrictive doesn't take long to plug up . I use the fiber glass media does a good job and not so restrictive. Better for units in a confined space.
