The point is the shrub and cronies failed again. If the story is true, it sure sounds like the "coalition of the willing" failed to secure those items. Just more lack of planning by Bush and Co. They just don't know is right. They don't know anything.

And, caos, while you're at it, could you get copy for the cerebrally challenged for motorboy. Brain damage and all that, ya know.

Ok, builings used to house nuclear arms making equipment in Iraq are being dismantled. Bush and Co. know nothing about it. Quite possible KBR doesn't want Bush to know unless Cheney first clears the air. What's the point of a pro Bushy posting a report showing the present administration as being inept as to what is happening in a puppet state with a puppet government.

he states "we have them"... i take that to mean we have those pieces of equipment. i hope we do anyhow. the logistics must be difficult.. to say the least.

It say "I think". Just a supposition, nothing more.

What you don't know is that the U.S. could have secured said items and are holding them for further review. No need to implicate the French and the Russians until after the election.
Same as Osama, why martyr him? let him stay dead and out of the picture.

How is it a problem. He's going to win the election.
All intelligent people know that capture or death of Osama is not the end of the war on terror. It will eb a perpetual thing now. It started in Israel and has now spread to the West. Muslim extremists are doing what they think "Allah" tells them. Has nothing to do with oil. Doesn't even have anything to do with W. It's all about wanting you and me DEAD.

Welcome to the world of covert ops, you don't have a "need to know" at this time.
That's where Kerry goes astray, he uses the fact that the president is entrusted with certain national security issues.
Kerry tries to draw them out to further his own political aspirations, no thanks!!! The man is dangerous.

Actually, the lack of covert ops is what has us in a whole lot of crap, thanks to Billy-boy.

Thank You boot, apparently our friend acmanko doesn't have a full grasp on what covert ops are all about.
By nature they are secret, not to be known by the masses.
Acmanko, it sounds as if you would like the govt to inform you on all operations so you can pass your own opinion if they are relevant or not, sorry, but there is just to much of a risk that you'll talk then have to be taken out for being a loud mouth.

WE have some fine troops being burdened by the risk Bush and company took, If memory serves me correctly Bush pleaded his case, before the public, for war. He just used the infoemation the way he interpeted it. However he got it wrong.

Acmanko, that's a poor argument. We had fine soldiers burdened in Granada, Panama, Gulf 1, Somalia. The military is a force of extreme burden, if you can't cut the mustard then move on to a strict civilian life.
I, myself wanted to attend collage while on active duty, but due to our mission that was not possible. Even though during my induction I was told that this should not be an issue, they look favorably on guys that wanted to further thier education.
Do I blame the president for the cold war? do I blame my CO for not allowing me to attend? NO!!!! my job came first.
The military has one purpose, to do what guys like you won't.
Put up or shut up.

W interpreted the info the same way at least 55 other nations did. And I might add, the same way our own Congress did, dems and repubs alike.
Since you know more than God, you should have known the "trouble" we'd have in Iraq. My question to you, ac, is if you know so damn much, why didn't you know how to keep us out of this so-called trouble we're in? Someone with your "knowledge" should be able to provide all answers to all problems.
Ya know, maybe you don't know more than God. You probably know less than zero. Get off the throne. W's about to take the oath for the second time.

Has anyone seen the programs on the History channel about the covert ops that have already been completed? I was watching one show about how the SEALS took out some terrorists planning another attack. It was pretty cool. That stuff goes on everyday and the armchair generals like ac don't even hear about it. Things aren't as bad in Iraq as the media and Kerry say. The Seabees are doing a lot of good work in Iraq, and we are committed to the cause. I don't agree with Bush on everything but he did the right thing in Iraq and Afghanistan. I wish he would do more to secure our borders tho.

Allright guys, You are talking about military covert ops, I'm talking about the political covert ops, that go on day by day. We are a democratic republic, not a totalitarian regime.

From the following statement, one would assume this is the basis of this response.
I, myself wanted to attend collage while on active duty, but due to our mission that was not possible
Quit whining , you signed up for free education , and knew the risk.

I believe you missed the point, very much so.
First I didn't sign up for a free education, that was a secondary benefit, I signed up during the cold war with the belief that communism was evil and my duty was to serve as an American, plus I got to carry and use an M-60. I selected the Air force because of the higher standards required for entry.
I see no whining in my post what-so-ever, I understood very well that our mission in SAC came first, and never once tried to pass blame to anyone.
Your post is a clear example of someone who doesn't read others post very well.
