Is this for beer?
The fermentation process creates heat, so I would suspect that would be your most significant load. Then consider any ventilation and makeup air requirements for the space. Add in miscellaneous loads like motors, lights, people and other heat sources. Finally figure in the actual heat gain from the structure.

Yes icemeister it is for beer. Thanks for being in my corner. If you keep this up i will have to put you on my pay roll :) The cooler if you want to call it that will be just for the fermenting process. I did this customers last one at 1/4 this size. One of his concerns was the co2 the fermenting process produces. With this high of a evaporator temperature could one use a a/c condensing unit was one of his questions as well. With the c/u going outdoors i know we would have to consider winter ambient conditions. Any of your brainstorming will be greatly appreciated. Thanks much.
