Nothing special really, wife, daughter, middle son and myself did some shopping then a little cook out and that's about it. Oh, the reason it was a great day is because it was one year ago today that my middle son had a heart attact and we almost lost him. He is doing well all things considered, he will be returning to college soon. Well that's all for now, hope you all had a good day.

We don't really appreciate the little things or how good we have it until something tragic happens.
Health is everything and life is soooooooooo short.
Glad he is doing well, pretty soon he will take over the VMC moving and storage biz.

Well, considering the other option this will do. He will be on medication the rest of his long life. He had a heart valve replaced and a week later the heart attack.

Not to get to goofy but ... We had a party for my wife’s birthday last Thursday. We had a woman who does readings there. When she sat down with my wife, she asked right away ...which one is it? Which one was very sick last year? My wife said our son Chris ... she said this rarely happens and is humbling, ... God was with him, God is with him now, as she was speaking she was shaking and repeated how humbling it was. She stated your son will be OK.

Now I admit to not taking that stuff to seriously ... except this time.

And chauffer service ... the son that dropped off and picked us up in Boston was Chris.

The part you can take to the bank is that God is with your son and the rest of you. Your family is blessed and I for one really appreciate reading about good things, expecially from people I know and respect. I hope this thread starts a feel good trend of posting. Thanks Charlie.
