He's copied your install pictures and is now using them as training to the other mechanical/electrical field inspectors PLUS he has posted them on the notification to the general public poster wall as the way NOT to install systems.

He's actually listed 52 different items and drew circle around them on the pictures in red in which the installs lack quality and compliance.

He did not mention your name though.
