Nordyne IQ Drive comm failure

I have installed a new Nordyne IQ Drive 4 ton system, upon startup the IQ Contoller reads OD unit comm failure and blower comm failure. Communication wire traces out good. Is this a possible board failure?

Did you use shielded wire for the communication wires?

Did you call the Nordyne support line?

I did use sheilded wire, didnt want to take any chances. I havent called the support line yet, i wanted to get a little feedback first. I guess that is the next step.

Did you ground one end of the shielding on the wire?

[gibbyj]

Yes, the drain wires were all grounded in the air handler.
