Hi there,

I've looked around this forum for a few days now, but I just registered. Ya'll are a great resource, but I was wondering whether anyone could recommend a good "basics" HVAC book or books for non-HVAC professionals? I work for a large property management firm on the tenant relations side and I want to educate myself so I will have more of an idea of what is going on when I talk to our HVAC crew. The buildings all have different systems - some geothermal, some forced hot air, some heat pumps, etc. I am looking for something that is both current (latest technology) and basic (capable of being understood by a layperson).

Thanks

-Jason

If you have access to the property service personel ..they could give you some basics and general issues common to that property. The 'For Dummies" is good starting point. good luck
