LOL, I just tried to call and got a busy signal, maybe someone else from here was calling! :D I wish I had seen those phone numbers before, I looked but didn't see them.

the EPA was trying to phase out r12, maybe they figgered out where he was and he's on the run. Might of gone to Mexico where the feds cant get him?

Guess I'd run for the border too if the feds were trying to phase me out.

I'd go to Canada though, because it looks like Mexico is phasing out a lot of people too!!
