Had one of my "helpers" install the wrong OSA sensor and cause the ISN UDC to come up with a "system advisory, Code 30". I got the right sensor back on and it is reading correctly, but how in the heck do I get rid of the "advisory"?
Went all through the message resets, and no go.

I know this system is rapidly becoming a dinosaur, but I'm hoping someone out there will be kind enough to lend a hand.

Thanks to all...

Not much help here, but when you find out I'd like to know. I've got one of those dinosaurs out there and support is non existant.

Well, I went to the site and looked through Feature 26, which is "System Messages", and it only went to Section 20. I reset every section, and the "System Advisory Code 30" remains. The sensor that it points to when you push the "?" button reads correctly, and the system seems to be working correctly. Have e-mailed the local York office last week and still no reply. Nothing like customer service.

Anybody else have any suggestions?
