Stvc told you all about the Harpoon Brewry BBQ Competition in Windsor VT. Four of us from Bennington went up to see what it was all about. We camped at a near by campsite.

I had to met Stvc for the first time. He is a really great guy like so many of you other folks I have had the oppurtunity to meet over the years. We drink LOTS of Harpoon beer and ate lots of BBQ. The name of Stvc's crew is "KC Rib Shack" from Manchester NH. So here is some pictures.

Brewry is nestled in the trees. Mountain in the background is New Hampshire. The Competition was on the Vermont side of the Connecitcut River.

Did you figure out the problem with your propane smoker?

Yes, it hasn't happened again. So I am guessing it was the fact that I used water that was sitting in a real rubber garden hose. Or maybe it needed more burn off time. But I'm inclined to think it was the garden hose water.
