Dude you just made 3 threads asking about wages in St Louis, Each company has their own wage scale for each employee, There is no set rate for employees unless you are union. Seems to me that by reading all your posts you are still in school. I owned and operated my own business for some time and can give you this sound advice. The more you learn and the more you can show the employer with what you know and with limited call backs, trustworthy,honest dependable,and a go getter. thus saying not trying to show off and be some kind of super tech where you put down your fellow employees. You will have to realize that you are not going to make the high wages for at least 5 to 10 years untill you learn hvac in your sleep. Even if you go union you'll be an apprentice and still have 5 years of school ahead of you through them the union untill you get your journeyman card. We all here are in differant parts of the world on this board, why not pick up your newspaper and look under help wanted in your area, see what they are offering, go on some interviews, then you can get the real answer you are looking for. have a good day
