Sometimes we just pull out the turkey fryer and have a fry party.
Wings, veggies, fries (different variety of potatoes).
Best of all it keeps the fry/oil stink out of the house.
Sounds to me like you need a zucchini fry party.
I'll bring the vodka!
Good time!
How do you prepare zucchini for fry?

For small batches we just use our little Fry Daddy that we picked up at walmart a few years back (like 20 bucks), it is nice because it has a lid on it so you can store the oil in it. Very easy.... Then for bigger feast we break out the Turkey fryers, I have 3 so one for each food so it don't foul up the oil. For breading we use ANDYS we have here in MO. it is very good, anyone want to try it let me know and I will send you out a piece of MO..

When I visited Key up in Canada he has the best!! He has a commerical deep fryer hooked up to gas on his deck right next to his VT Castings Grille. This inspired me to get a little Toastmaster deep fryer at Kmart. It can do a decent job on a bag of wings in about 25 mins.

GEEZ. YOU'RE REALLY GETTING TECHNICAL!!! WE AIN'T CHANGING A COMPRESSOR, YOU KNOW!!! JUST COOKING SOME CHICKIES. :D:D:D
Seriously, the only oil I have used so far is the peanut oil that I have for frying turkeys. The fryer I have, I think, only lets you go to like 375. Right around turkey frying temperatures.
