got frost on the capillary tube line that is fastened to the suction line, refrigerator is not cooling , this fridge is about ten years old and just had a ice maker installed about two months ago, i don't know if this (the knew ice maker) would cause this problem or not

By moving the refrigerator out during the install of the ice maker something shook loose in the system and got in the cap? Easy fix, get a new unit with an icemaker. 10 years is not bad, just replaced mine with a real nice one for around 5.

Could be hole in the evap too, or if it was off for awhile the low side leak gets worse......unless ys can fix it yourself, junk it.
