I use a Fluke 16 with a Fluke 80PK-8 sensor. By far the best way to measure pipe temperatures.

I mainly use a Fluke 52 with their pipe clamps.
I have and use the JB superheat SN-31 (The number may be wrong) temp/pressure calculator.

The thermometer that lakeerie posted is a DeltaTrak brand and their webb site is http://www.deltatrak.com/

They make some GREAT tools. I have ordered some, no one out here stocks them. R.S.D. was the supply house I ordered them through.

They should come out with a lazer that can read the wet suction lines! Non-contact would make it quick and easy.
