We do alot of work for a local bakery.I got a call to check out one of thier mixers. It was a Boku mixer made in germany?Well anyway this thing was so heavy I had to call in another guy to tip it over to remove the motor.I spent more time trying to locate v-belts for this thing than I did working on it!No numbers were readable off of the belts but I think I had a 29 3vx & 4 ea. 89 3vx belts.I will have belts by wed & the motor will be rewound by tuesday.I will just add it to the list of oddball stuff I have worked on lol.

I worked on one of those big mixers, one time.
The ones that will knead bread dough weigh a ton.

My wife's cousin had a litttle midget Hobart and that thing must have been pushing 300.

I worked on a bakery mixer once. The variable speed pulley was stuck in one position. No way could I get it to free up on the machine. I took it off and to my shop where I proceeded to disassemble it for cleaning. If any of you have done this you know what happened next--the thing flew all over the shop. I finally found all the pieces and put it back together. It worked good after that.
