A month ago we bought a dx coil for a Climate Master HS water source heat pump for a couple hundred.
Today the price is up 250% in a month whats up with that.
5 Franklins plus frieght ??
The coil is only 3 pass 18 rows 3 1/2" wide 20"x18"
14 fins per inch.
A local replacement coil company wants about the same.
Anybody know of a coil company

Copper is up 80%, steel is up 100%, aluminum is up 25%, and labor benefits are shooting up.
Companies are rushing to get price increases out there to avoid disaster. 250% seems a bit steep, though.

That's what I thought, hey I have no problem with a price increase we just pass it along anyway. But from $197 to $495 in one months time, how do you put that to your customer?
Anyhow If anyone has a lead on these coils or a aftermarket coil company I'd appreciate it.
Just trying to do my part to keep the Health Care cost down,
talking about benefits.
