What a mess

Been in Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda all week helping out with the hurricane victims. What a effin nightmare!! I went through Andrew in 92 and this one is just as bad in my opinion. I volunteered for 2 more weeks and am home just for the day, been living in an empty apartment with nothing, not even power. Damn grateful though to have it, so many people don't even have that. Hopefully this week we will have power back on there. Doesn't really matter, after 15 hour days of heavy work all I want to do is sleep.
Keep praying for the people here and count your blessings, you never really know what you have until it's gone.

Good job wh.I helped out at a tornado for a day,the people who lost their houses,had all their stuff in the neighbors yard were all worried we were being overworked and made sure we got fed.Hopefully all goes well for ya,God bless
