What is the design condenser and cooler approach for
Carrier 19DH6182CM machine?

If no one responds I will find out Monday. I could guess and say around 4-5 deg f for a 2 pass but this is purely a guess.

Cooler approach can be -1.1 to 4.0 F depending on the design temp look for the start up data.:couch:

Hi megohm
I would think anything 0 or less would be a sensor calibration issue or a problem reading a accurate saturation temperature.
But your right the start up data would be huge :)

You have to have the desighn sheet to know the accual drops and approuches. You can use the rule of thumb for a lot of old carriers that is 1 pass 10 deg 2 pass 8 deg 3 pass 6 deg 4 pass 4 deg.You have to call carrier to get the desighn sheet. Here is a 19 dh iom/parts,last page(iom) is the refrigerant charges.
