McQuay AGS130C Microtech 2

I find this chiller off on high discharge temp, turns out the unit controller has lost its setpoints, reprogram the setpoints back in, decide I better check the other controllers as well. Circuit 1 is OK but circuit 2 controller has no values for RLA or FLA, turns out there is also no comm between the controller and the starter module, I plug the circuit 2 starter module into the #1 controller and I get comm blinking so the #2 controller must have a problem.

Anyone got any info on troubleshooting comm problems with the controller or should I just replace it. There have been a lot of thunder storms thru here lately, so I really wouldnt be to surprised if the board took some kind of power hit.
