timer question

I have a question about freezer timers does the timer control the contacter for the compressor? If it does,then if I had a bad timer I would not have any volts on T1 T2 T3.

The timier contacts could of been wired in to break the contactor coil circuit, but I would think that the timer would more likey allow liquid line solenoid to close allowing compressor to pump down then shut off on LPC.

Depends how system is wired.
