We have been using the same software for all of our billing, dispatching, and finances since the late 80's. Our software is no longer being updated and we are now needing to go shopping for new. Does anyone have any recommendations on what to use or what not to use? We would like to use something that is user friendly for service dispatching (preferably GPS incorporated), billing, inventory, and purchase orders. On the construction side we would like to use something that is friendly for construction billing, change orders, job cost reports, inventory tracking, and purchase order tracking.
