buddy of mine has it. it works. I like the cooper sh77 personally.

Check out the testo stuff. I think they have a nice one that a lot of huys on here recommend and use. I would probably go that route if I didnt have the cooper.

I have been using one lately as a quick reference.

I haven't compared it to the Cole-Parmer Psychrometer or to my Fluke, but it seems to be quick and reasonably accurate.

What is nice is that you can shove the sensor into a duct to take readings which is very difficult to do with the Fluke with a very short sensor.

I just bought a Testo...

It wont look as " important " as swinging the old Bacharach. And I wont get to sling water everywhere with that plastic Coke cap that " almost fits " , lol.

I even bought a Veto Bag Friday ( XL ) ...you guys on the tools forum have brought me up to date , thank you ( I think ) . For the next two months I'm 100 dollars poorer each week...plenty of OT so I won't miss it I guess. I was way overdue on some things.

all i can say is that i hope it's better than the dsp 990 i got a few years ago.

after one month the first one crapped out, a few months after that its replacement did.
