I have a 20 ton package unit with 4 circuits to it. 1 circuit that I'am having trouble with shows "0" psi when I push in the contactor briefly to check pressures. The circuit is fully charged with no leaks. Am leaning towards the expansion valve stuck in the closed postion, it is an AGV valve with which I have little experience with. I tryed to adjust it manually but freon started to leak out the cap at the bottom of the valve. Am I off base thinking this valve is my problem? And whats the differance between a TEV and a AGV valve? Thanks for any help.
