Excessive condensation FHP GS048 system

I have a 2 year old FHP GS048 system. I thought I was getting a leaky basement when I discovered water covering about 30 Sq. Ft. of my floor but it turns out that this unit is producing a lot of condensation and it is not draining properly. I opened up the unit and there was standing water in the bottom of of it but the drain pan was empty. The drain pan, hose and piping seem to be fine. The drain pan is up about 18 inches above the floor,but as mentioned everything inside is wet and the bottom pan of the unit has 1/2" of water in it. Any sugesstions?

Condensation is common in some units especially in humid a basement but that sounds excessive. I would have a competent GEO professional evaluate this.
