We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated and qualified Assistant Director of Facility Operations, to work under the supervision of the Director of Facility Operations. Ideal candidate will be a hands-on person that has previous experience working in the hospitality/hospital setting that is willing to get his/her hands dirty to ensure that the job gets done.

Requirements:
•Minimum five (5) years experience, to include three 3 years Assistant Director of Engineering or equivalent in a large luxury hotel or large multi facility building.
•A 4thClass Power Engineer Certificate (or higher) or equivalent experience is required
•Hands on repair and maintenance experience with boilers, chillers, pumps, AHUs, etc.
•Strong knowledge of EMS Automatic Logic Supervision Control (or similar systems)
•Strong organizational skills and leadership
•Demonstrated knowledge and skills of building systems and computer applications
•A working knowledge of all building systems and codes
•A working knowledge of blue prints, wiring diagrams and hydronics

Additional Skills Preferred:
•Additional extra trade certificate and inventory management would be an asset for this position

This position’s schedule may include weekend coverage, public holidays and 24 hours on call.
