soldering ,brazing...

as a starter in refrigration I did some succesful brazings "and" solderings ! I had harder time with soldering though.the two books I use as referance don`t give satisfactory info about them.what they realy are,where should they be used instead of the other one.I would also appricate any trick info if there is...

Solder a few pieces of copper in your home workshop and then cut them open near the joints you soldered. What do you see inside? Same with brazing without nitrogen, take a look.

what about putting more heat an suction line with brazing,scaling inside the pipe etc.,pressures in the pipes,strenght of the joint etc.,putting differant metals together..
