My frig is Westinghouse BJ415k. There are four cables connected to the thermostat. One of them consists of is thread (in the middle), a very thin wire around the thread and a wire (a bit thicker than the thin wire).

At the moment, this cable is broken. Can anyone tell me what purpose is this cable.
