Aluminum coils

Came across a leaking aluminum coil piping. Question: Is there a good way of fixing a small hole in pipe. Would you recommend epoxy, glue, or would this just all be a big waist of time, being more holes on the way. My past experience is you weld one and more holes appear soon later. My thought is a new coil and bale on the old one.
